Introduction

Having been involved in numerous businesses, I have come across a wide variety of business plans. I have both written business plans myself and reviewed them for investment purposes.

I believe that the best business plans can be concisely expressed in a single A4 page using the 6W principle. While a detailed visual PPT version is also good, I think it is essential to create a one-page Excel business plan before creating a PPT version.

Here is an example of a business plan for organic wine in Excel format:

This business plan can be further elaborated into PPT based on the information provided.

Writing a Business Plan

The way you write your business plan will depend on who you are writing it for, how long you have to present it, and the purpose of the business plan. The purpose could be to attract investment, apply for a loan, or secure business partners.

Business Plan Writing Order

1. Executive Summary: Briefly summarize the purpose of the business, the product or service, and the target customers.
2. Problem and Solution: Clearly explain the problem faced by customers and the solution offered by the business.
3. Market Analysis: Analyze the target market size, growth rate, and competitive landscape.
4. Marketing and Sales Strategy: Specifically outline how you plan to promote and sell your product or service.
5. Operations Plan: Plan the personnel, resources, and processes needed to operate the business.
6. Financial Plan: Forecast the profitability and return on investment of the business.
7. Management Team: Introduce the experienced and qualified management team.
8. Implementation Plan: Specify the specific timeline and responsible persons for achieving key goals.

Tips for Writing a Business Plan

• Write clearly and concisely: Make sure it is easy for anyone to understand by writing clearly and concisely.
• Provide specific data: Present specific data such as market size, growth rate, and financial projections to demonstrate the feasibility of the business.
• Develop a practical plan: Create a plan that can actually be implemented.
• Keep it to an appropriate length: I think 10-20 minutes is enough for a business plan presentation with one A4 page, and 20-30 pages of PPT is appropriate for a one-hour investment pitch.
• Seek expert help: If necessary, get help from an expert to write your business plan.

Conclusion

A business plan is not a document that guarantees the success of a business. However, it plays an important role in establishing the direction of the business and making plans. By writing a business plan, you can increase your understanding of the business, identify problems, and develop executable strategies.

4. 마케팅 및 판매 전략: 제품 또는 서비스를 어떻게 홍보하고 판매할 계획인지 구체적으로 제시합니다.
5. 운영 계획: 사업 운영에 필요한 인력, 자원, 프로세스 등을 계획합니다.
6. 재무 계획: 사업의 수익성과 투자 수익률을 예측합니다.
7. 경영진: 경험과 역량을 갖춘 경영진을 소개합니다.
8. 실행 계획: 주요 목표 달성을 위한具体的な 일정과 책임자를 명시합니다.

사업계획서 작성 팁

• 명확하고 간결하게 작성: 누구나 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 명확하고 간결하게 작성해야 합니다.
• 구체적인 데이터 제시: 시장 규모, 성장률, 재무 예측 등 구체적인 데이터를 제시하여 사업의 실현 가능성을 입증해야 합니다.
• 실용적인 계획 수립: 실제로 실행 가능한 계획을 수립해야 합니다.
• 적절한 길이 유지: 저는 10~20분 사업계획 발표는 A41장으로 충분하다고 생각을 하며 1시간 길이의 투자 유치 설명으로는 PPT 20~30페이지 정도 길이가 적당합니다.
• 전문가의 도움 활용: 필요하다면 전문가의 도움을 받아 사업계획서를 작성하는 것이 좋습니다.

사업계획서는 사업의 성공을 보장하는 문서가 아닙니다. 하지만, 사업의 방향성을 제시하고 계획을 수립하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 사업계획서를 작성하면서 사업에 대한 이해를 높이고, 문제점을 파악하며, 실행 가능한 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 노력해야 합니다.
