Worry is fear of what has yet to happen. That fear consumes us. Let’s not allow ourselves to be consumed by fear. You are too precious.
No matter what happens, nothing happens without reason. Everything that happens is because of me, for me, and for my growth. Since everything is for me, what is there to fear?
I would like to introduce three ways to get rid of worry.
First, it all depends on my thoughts.
“It’s okay.”
“It could be.”
“I guess it could happen.”
“It’s already happened, so what…”
Let the worrying thoughts flow naturally.
Through long breaths and meditation,
Calmly, with the eyes of a third person,
Let’s find light in the darkness.
Second, take immediate action.
The present is more important.
If a worrying event occurs or
If something worrying comes to mind,
To resolve that worry
Do what I can do right now.
And if that worry is not resolved
Even after doing my best,
Let it go just like the first method.
It happened because it was going to happen.
Worrying won’t change anything.
The third and final method is
To focus so much that you can forget about that worry.
Do you enjoy exercise? Let’s immerse ourselves in exercise.
Let’s study and get a certificate.
Let’s work harder and earn money.
Let’s focus on something positive.

Research ways to earn more money
And really immerse yourself in making money.
With these three methods,
Worry will disappear,
Stress will definitely decrease,
It will help you truly experience liberation.
