There is nothing more cruel than war.

It stems from disagreements between nations, historical grievances, and the insatiable greed of various countries. Whether it’s to claim land, sea, or air, or to rectify shameful pasts, war ultimately begins when leaders manipulate and deceive their citizens, fostering a collective consciousness that leads to a desperate tragedy.

War results in countless casualties.

The number of deaths varies greatly depending on the duration and scale of the war, and the weapons used. As of last year, there were 500,000 casualties, and even now, 1,000 people are dying every day. Despite the deaths of over 100,000 people, the war continues. The world seems to have gone mad.

The support from the United States and Europe is also a matter of serious concern. While Russia initiated the war, these countries, instead of directly participating, are providing funding to Ukraine. Is indirect involvement not considered war?

Russia has declared severe consequences for those who participate in wars in other countries, leaving Ukraine to endure the long-term consequences of this protracted war, with countless civilian casualties.

The prolonged nature of the war is a grave issue. The looming threat of war between Iran and Israel is creating a tense situation, leading to a predicted global economic recession. There is no guarantee that this will not escalate into a third world war. Every day brings new horrors.

War must end.

In this day and age, it is simply unacceptable. At a time when humanity is struggling to cope with the extreme changes in the global environment, it is absurd to be divided and fighting for our respective interests.

While there have been historical instances of people accumulating wealth through war, war itself is a destructive act that incurs enormous costs and damages. The impact of war on the economy is complex and goes beyond the simple matter of making money.

As someone who vehemently opposes war, I urge for an end to the conflict and will continue to spread awareness through social media. We are beings of life and love, not destruction and killing.
