The fullness of life
is not something far away
but right here, right now.
We don’t receive fullness from others.
Nothing, no one,
can make us full.
We have the key.
We are a microcosm. A universe within a universe.
We are inherently full of joy and happiness.
The dazzling sunlight and fleeting clouds,
leaves swaying in the wind, and the sound of birdsong from somewhere—
in everything, there is perfection and fullness.
Finding it is up to me.
No one can find it for me.

삶의 충만함은
먼 곳에 있는 것이 아닌
지금 바로 여기에 있다.
우리는 타인으로부터 충만함을 받는 것이 아니다.
그 무엇도, 그 누구도
우리를 충만하게 할 수 없다.
우리에게 그 열쇠가 있다.
우리는 소우주다. 우주 안의 우주다.
우리 자체로 기쁨과 행복으로 충만하다.
눈부신 햇살과 스쳐지는 가는 구름
바람에 흔들리는 나뭇잎과 어디선가 들려오는 새소리
모든 것에 완벽이 있고 충만함이 있다.
그것을 찾는 것은 바로 나 자신이다.
누군가 찾아 줄 수 없다.
당신의 충만한 새해를 축복한다.
