What is career vision?
At Moraum, everyone has the opportunity to join as a freelance project member. Upon successful completion of three projects, you’ll be eligible for a half-time contract position with additional compensation.
Who can be a team leader?
By successfully completing 5 or more projects, you can be promoted to a Team Leader position. As a Team Leader, you will have the authority to initiate new projects and will be eligible for full-time employment with additional compensation at the national minimum wage.
I’d like to declare tax, how can I do that?
As freelancers, you will be considered as daily workers and thus only require a personal tax ID for tax reporting. Moraum encourages you to register as a sole proprietor, as we believe in mutual growth between you and our company.
Can I apply even if I already have a job at another company?
Absolutely! There are no restrictions on applying to be a freelancer at Moraum. Your earnings and evaluations are solely based on your project performance. Feel free to apply regardless of your current employment status.
